As Promised

As promised, a picture of me wearing the Katharine Hepburn Jacket. Betty in the habedashery shop found the buttons for me. I took the cardigan in to show her because I know that she wants to learn to spin one day. Here's a closer view of the buttons

  12. Perfect buttons for the sweater, and it looks great on you!

In answer to your question, no, Kathy is not related to Elizabeth. Ironic that she married into a 'Zimmerman' family, which has been in PA for several generations. In fact, they used to have an appliance store, and Kathy had her yarn shop in a small space there. I've just visited her store's website, Kathy's Kreations, and I see that it is now exclusively her knitting shop! Obviously she is doing very well with it! I should make a trip back there! I do remember the appliances back in the '90s. You can read more about her by just googling her name, and several sites appear showing photos of the shop and of Kathy. The town of Ligonier is gorgeous also, especially in the Fall. An excellent place for a knitting shop!
