Collaboration
One thing I like about doing orders is the interplay of ideas with the person who is ordering. The colour choice and the idea of putting Mrs. Odum's daisy on a ribbon come from a young neighbour. Good thinking.
That is beautiful, I know what you mean, that is why I love to look at other tatting blogs, somethings are great when others go places you don't think of!
Nice idea, I like this pattern although it's just chains repeated over and over again increasing as yo go, it has great possibles in colours Your flower looks lovely in those colours Margaret
that is really beautiful and the choice of colours enhances it. you know how some people had a little thing hang off their wardrobe keys or china cupboard keys, they would look great there.

ReplyDeleteYes, it's not easy to imagine things in isolation, the internet is a good way of getting inspiration!

The pattern looks tricky at first glance, but you're right, it's really very simple.

ReplyDeleteNice rosette. Interesting effect.
ReplyDeleteI like the idea of putting Mrs. Odum's Daisy on a ribbon! I don't think I could tat to order. I'm too fickle in what I'm in the mood to work on!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous :).
