Day 4

I haven't done a Z chain before. Like pearl tatting, it boggles the mind a little, you have to concentrate. Of course with tat it and see you don't have to concentrate for long, phew.

    I see what you mean I never flip the stitch when making a chain, it is one of the differences with "European tatting"😄

      Really? I didn't realise that. I guess you have to concentrate for the flip part!

    You are right about concentration ! And also snugging correctly, because the stitches lock the previous work. I enjoy lock chains, though.
