Do I see gaposis? Oh goodness. I suppose I could start over, but I suspect that once I get further along the minute gap is not going to be noticed. Tiny rings are tricky to get looking neat, aren't they?
I was pleased to get my computer back with some of its programs reloaded, but the computer man has fixed the symptoms without sorting out the cause. I started using it this morning, pfft, it switched itself off again. I'm back to using Jack's computer Sigh....
If I were you, I'd tat it till the end and see, then tat it again!! :) I can see a hamster in the cage, what do you think? Too early to guess!
ReplyDeleteReading about your computer I recalled a well known joke and googled it, I found this link:

Thanks for the joke Ninetta. Yup, I'm starting again and hoping blindly that will solve the problem!
DeleteI'm sure that in the end the gaps won't be noticeable. My daughter was having the same problem with her computer. After two tries at repair, she got frustrated and bought a new computer... not in the budget, but at least she's not calling me in frustration. Good luck!
ReplyDeleteI was hoping to avoid getting a new one, but it's looking increasingly unlikely that this one is redeemable.
DeleteYours is looking much better than mine is! - and I think I am going to start it again. That first ring gave me so much trouble, and it's one of those instances where I keep ignoring it and carrying on - but it just isn't right! Computers are horrible, having experienced a complete crash some years ago, I have learned never to rely on mine. I either print everything at once, or - and this is probably more sensible - I send it to myself in an email.
