I didn't sell any hooded towels at the market on Saturday, but a friend asked if I could make her a toweling robe to put on after her aquarobics sessions. Sure. I had to give it some thought. The good thing about working with toweling is that it doesn't have a right and wrong side. So I could cut half the towel for the fronts and turn them around so that the neatly bound edges are at the opening. I neatened the neckline with bias binding, Nellie didn't say she wants a belt, but if she does, I can make one from a matching hand towel.
That's a good idea!
