I started knitting the sock on Saturday at the morning market. I didn't sell any knitwear at the market, which wasn't surprising, considering it was a very hot day. I did sell quite a few jars of jam and chutney, so I was happy with that. I also bought herbs - parsley, basil and coriander seedlings - and fresh cream and yoghurt, so it was morning well spent. Now to knit the second sock.
