I'm definitely not going to model this for you - a bee stung me on my forehead a couple of days ago and my face is still horribly swollen. Which is why tatting and attaching this leaf braid to my dress has taken longer than I intended. Scroll down to the previous post for the braid pattern.
It does add a nice touch to the dress! I hope the swelling goes down quickly!
ReplyDeleteHope you managed to sting the bee back, Jane. Hope the swelling goes down soon.
ReplyDeleteHow clever! The tatting makes a very nice finish.
ReplyDeleteOh ouch! Sorry to hear about this BP. The dress with ithe braiding edging looks fantastic
ReplyDeleteBeautiful edging! I join my voice to the chorus and hope the swelling goes down soon.
ReplyDeleteLooks like you did a great job!!! :)
ReplyDeletePrayers for speedy healing!!
Just because you have a new polka dot dress doesn't mean you have to match up your face with a large polka dot!!! Hope you're feeling better?
ReplyDeleteThe braid goes beautifully with the dress :-)))
I certainly felt like a large dot of some kind. I feel a lot better, thanks everyone.
DeleteNow you know why we use a "bindi" instead of a "bee" ;-P
DeleteWow, nice touch to place this on the dress. I got bit on the top of my head and it really hurt! It was made I was mowing in his area!
ReplyDeleteLovely touch to your dress, finishing it nicely
