I decided I wouldn't tat any more large doilies because I don't know what to do with them. But Renata has started her new stage-by-stage
Spring napkin for 2017; I have plenty of size 40 thread; I need a new tatting project... There seem to be more reasons to tat it than not! I'm going to make it and figure out later what to do with it.
Oh yes, it is tempting!
ReplyDeleteI am sure that you will find a use for your work, I found attaching the doilies to the front of cushions, they make very nice gifts!
ReplyDeleteIt is tempting but I do have a project to start, but I have taken a picture of the first round, you never know I might get tempted sooner
ReplyDeleteHer doilies are so tempting and it is fun to see people working on them. I am sure you will find a use for it after you have finished.
ReplyDeleteI cannot be tempted by her beautiful doily this year -- absolutely no time to squeeze it in ;-P
ReplyDeleteJó lett..én is beszállok csak később
ReplyDeleteAwesome looking start to your Spring Doily!!! :)
ReplyDeleteI am winding my thread now yours looks beautiful!
ReplyDeleteHa! Me too : tempted!
ReplyDeleteGood for you! I'm going to give in to temptation as well, but not until after the weekend.
ReplyDeleteI will enjoy watching your tatting with this size 40 thread. :o)
ReplyDeleteThere are always people who need doilies. Know any newly-weds? They would love a touch of class for their home. I am tempted to do this too, but with the carousel, I don't think I have time. If I do, it will probably be white in size 80.
ReplyDeleteI've given away a lot of doilies. I guess I'll always find another person who'd like one.
