Just Enough Wool

I've  been procrastinating about finishing the second sock because I was worried I was going to run out of orange wool. Procrastination doesn't help, of course - there either is enough wool or there isn't!
I got to the end with a smidgeon of orange wool to spare, phew. Good thing I didn't make them any bigger. The pattern is Daschshound sock pattern by Sandra Jager, which I found on Ravelry.

  1. Everyone KNOWS, Jane, that if you are running out of wool, you have to knit faster.......

  2. Lovely socks! That wool looks so soft. Great colour orange as well.

  3. You really are making sure I don't forget to knit a pair of socks come winters ;-)
    Another lovely pair !
Wonder if there is an Intl' Knitting Day ?!

  4. Your sock collection is becoming quite the zoo!! :)
    Great socks again!!! :)

  5. Lovely socks, so pleased you managed to finish the socks

    Great minds, Jane!

I am certain your hat will look smashing. I'm just thankful The Boss is still young enough not to see the heavy-handed clunkiness of my offering! : ))

  7. so pretty! love the pattern and the colors!
