Restocking

A shop called The Orange Elephant has taken some of my bracelets and necklaces to sell on consignment. I'm very excited about that. I'm making more things now so that I have some on hand. These are all bracelets with a circumference of 8 beads, which seems to be the most popular item.

My posting here is necessarily erratic because we have some very long power cuts. Yesterday the electricity was off from 6 am to 10 pm. It does mean that without the chance to do ironing, vacuuming and so on, I have plenty of time to crochet beaded rope!

  3. Lovely! The only time I lived near a consignment shop was about 40 years ago. I loved going in there to look for treasures!

  6. I used to live out in the countryside and they would cut off water supply like your electricity I had small children and hot summertime and you really learn fast how to work around this, but wow this can be annoying. I would love to see your bracelets in person at a cute shop with that name, I am sure they will sell they are so beautiful 💐🦋💐

  7. Good for you to be flexible enough to use your time for important things! I would let the int interruption annoy me enough to fall behind on housework AND fun!
