I don't think so

This is Flower Bookmark/Edging from Paradise Treasures. It is certainly flowery, but I don't think it's stable enough for a bookmark. I did it a few years ago, it looks wonderful stuck to a piece of paper, but I've decided against using it for the competition.

    it might not be stable enough for a bookmark, but I can see it as an embellishment for a top or skirt.
    Thanks for showing this, I hadn't been aware of it.

      Yes, it is pretty and sewing it onto something would be similar to sticking it to paper. I think the pattern might have been updated since I wrote it out.

    I use Catherine wheel joins to attach the stem to the petals on both sides as they leave the flower, and that helps. This is one design that I almost always stiffen, though.
