More Upcycling


We had a gift exchange at a meeting last week, and I received this bag made by Wilna from an old pair of jeans! She has appliqued fruit from a tablecloth on to brighten the bag up. And a neat touch is that pockets have been left on:

    Mark Myers (Tasman) used to make his old jeans into bags if I remember rightly. Great idea. I did one once but can’t think where it is at the moment!!!

    There are loads of such hacks on youtube but this is a cut I haven't come across. The fruits seem painted? Nice touch :-)))
