Petunias

I'm making good progress on the right front of my cardigan, but it's not all that interesting, so I thought I'd show you the petunias blooming outside my diningroom window. I like the way the stripey flowers have the colours in reverse of each other. More or less! Here's a picture of the bed

  1. Dave used to grow those striped petunias, and we loved them! It's been more than 20 years since he grew bedding plants and vegetables for sale. My, how time flies!

  3. How cheery and bright! It's say to forget such color when winter is over ( for us) but spring is struggling to begin.

  4. Well they clearly aren't lonely, are they? ( now I can't get the song out of my head). Gorgeous colours.

  6. A welcome site for us whose winter is dragging its heels, another cold snap with rain and wind, oh wouldn't it be lovely to be in summer again
