Adding Some Colour

The heel baffled me for a bit, but I managed to work out what was required to knit the two heels, one after the other. Now I'm following a fairisle chart to add a bit of colour to these socks. I'm working inside out again, so you'll have to wait until I finish before seeing what it is. Assuming that I get to the end without tying myself in knots, of course.

  1. That's a great result in only 2 days! They look soft I bet they are! I'm curious to see what you choose for the ankle...

  2. It's so enlightening knitting 2AAT once you get the hang of it. I have yet to successfully tackle fair isle though and have to resort to knitting the socks inside out as well. I'm looking forward to seeing what your design it.

  5. Can't wait to see your lovely colour work. And yes, it can be a bit fiddlier to knit two at a time but it's really great to have both socks done together at the end… I have been know to suffer from the single-sock-syndrome so that definitely solves that problem! :-)

  6. You're so clever Jane. Not only knitting two at the same time, but knitting them inside out!!! Looking forward to seeing the patterning.
