Dragonfly Socks

A selfie! These are Dragonfly Socks, designed by Jocelyn Sertich. I found the pattern on Ravelry. You can see the dragonfly wings, can't you?

  1. Beautiful, Jane!! With these, you'll wing your way where ever you want--or the dragonflies want!

  2. You knitted those quickly! - I enjoy knitting socks too, although usually stick to plain patterns. If you are able to buy Karbonz sock needles, I can recommend those unreservedly, they've become my favourites.

    1. I confess I've never bought sock needles, I just use the ones my grandmother handed on to me. I'll look out for that brand, thanks.

  3. Such lovely socks! I am just learning to knit socks and have gotten stuck on the heel turn section. One day soon I hope to knit a pair of these lovelies! Keep inspiring us, Jane!

  4. Ideal socks to sit before the fire place in the evening while tatting! Beauties!

  5. The yarn is perfect with these blended wavy stripes, and it seems that you made the socks longer than the pattern, which makes them even warmer!

    1. I did the same number of repeats as specified in the pattern. Could be the angle that makes them look long.
